Ingrid Loli is a Brazilian entrepreneur and wellness advocate whose lifelong passion for a healthy lifestyle led her to build the foundation of TRAMA Wellness.

From an early age, Ingrid was deeply interested in nutrition, wellbeing and the connection between body and mind. This passion guided her to study and graduate in Nutrition, where she also worked in the field and developed a deeper understanding of how balanced habits can transform health and daily performance.

After spending time living abroad and going through a personal journey of self-discovery, Ingrid realized that wellness was not only about nutrition — it was also about movement, confidence and lifestyle.

By combining her passion for health and fashion, she created TRAMA Active, a brand focused on women’s fitness apparel designed to support movement, strength and self-reconnection.

As her vision grew, so did her dream of expanding the brand internationally. Living in Dubai, Ingrid evolved the concept and founded TRAMA Wellness, bringing together two pillars of modern wellbeing: performance activewear and functional supplementation.

Through TRAMA Wellness, Ingrid aims to support women in building a stronger, more balanced and conscious lifestyle.
